Snickers balls

Ingredients

  • 250 g packet plain sweet biscuits I used Milk Arrowroot
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 100 g snickers bars cut in to small pieces
  • 2 cups granulated nuts
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Process biscuits in food processor and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add condensed milk and combine.
  • Take a tablespoon of mix and add a piece of snickers and wrap mixture around it.
  • Roll each ball in nuts and place on biscuit tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place chocolate in ziploc bag and place in a cup. Fill with boiling water and let sit until chocolate melts. Cut off a corner (just a small snip) and drizzle chocolate over the balls.
  • Place in fridge until firm. You can store in the fridge for a week or freeze for a few months.
