Caramilk Balls

Ingredients

  • 250 g Malt biscuits I used Arnotts Malt 'O' Milk
  • 1/2 cup toasted flaked almonds
  • 1 block Caramilk chocolate
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups coconut

Instructions

  • Crush biscuits in food processor.
  • Remove to a bowl and add the almonds and 1/2 cup of coconut.
  • In a microwave safe jug, microwave on medium in bursts of 30 seconds until the chocolate melts. Stirring between each burst. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  • Add chocolate and condensed milk to the biscuit mix and combine well.
  • Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and then into the coconut.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Will keep in the fridge for a week or frozen for two months.
