Apricot Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Marie Biscuits - crushed
  • 1 cup dried apricots - chopped
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate melts
  • 80 grams butter
  • desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the crushed biscuits and dried apricots. Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter for 30 seconds, stir and add in the condensed milk. Heat for an other 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until everything is melted, mixed and smooth.
  • Mix the chocolate mix into the biscuit mix and combine well.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball in the coconut.
  • You can freeze the balls for up to a month or keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
