Chocolate balls recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk coffee biscuits any plain sweet biscuits will work eg. Milk Arrowroot, Digestives or Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup milk choc bits for a simple variation you can add white choc bits or a mix of milk dark and white
  • extra coconut for rolling balls into

Instructions

  • Crush biscuits by either putting in a food processor or by putting the biscuits in a ziploc bag and rolling over it with a rolling pin. It doesn't matter if you process fine or have a few chunky bits of biscuit, its all good.
  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
  • Roll into balls and then in to the coconut. You can make whatever size you like. I prefer using about a tablespoon of mixture per ball.
  • You can eat immediately, keep in the refrigerator for at least a week or do as I do and freeze until required.
