Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cream

Instructions

  • Heat cream until boiling.
  • Pour cream over chocolate and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir until mixed well.
  • Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Beat with a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
