Christmas Balls

Along with Rocky Road, chocolate balls or variations of are permanent inclusions in my Christmas goodie bags. The reason I like making these types of goodies is that they are easy and they freeze really well.

In this post I have some more delicious flavours for you to try.

Marshmallow cherry balls

This recipe is great for those who can’t eat or don’t like chocolate. Unlike most of the Christmas ball recipes it doesn’t have any chocolate. The cherries give it a real Christmas flavour.

I also love this recipe because it uses only one bowl so there’s hardly any washing up!!
